Refund Policy

1. The 14-Day Free Trial

We want every client to feel confident about working with us. That's why we offer a straightforward 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is placed.

During this 14-day window, if you decide the service isn't the right fit for any reason, simply contact us at info@frenzy.bot and we will cancel your account. No hassle, no hard feelings.

2. After the 14-Day Trial

Once 14 calendar days have passed from your order date, the refund window closes permanently. Here's why:

• We begin building, configuring, and deploying your custom AI expert immediately after purchase
• Server infrastructure is provisioned and dedicated exclusively to your account
• Engineering time, data ingestion, and platform customization are non-recoverable costs
• Your first 2 months of hosting are included free as part of the setup — this is a significant investment on our part

By continuing to use the service past day 14, you confirm your commitment to the full engagement, including the recurring monthly plan that begins after your free hosting period ends.

3. What the Trial Covers

The setup process includes real work performed on your behalf:

• Custom AI expert build — tailored to your business, your documents, your brand
• Dedicated server provisioning — a private VPS spun up exclusively for you
• Data ingestion and RAG pipeline setup — your documents indexed into a private knowledge base
• Dashboard and portal configuration — your management interface, ready to use
• 2 months of free managed hosting — included at no extra cost so you can evaluate the platform

4. Monthly Plan Commitment

Your FRENZY.BOT service includes a recurring monthly hosting and maintenance fee that begins after your 2-month free period. This is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

By not canceling within the first 14 days, you acknowledge and agree to the ongoing monthly charges as outlined in your order and in our Terms of Service.

5. How to Cancel Your Trial

To cancel your trial within your 14-day window:

• Email info@frenzy.bot with the subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your name, order number, and order date
• We will confirm receipt and process your refund within 5-7 business days

Your trial will be canceled immediately and your payment method will not be charged.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

• Fees after the 14-day trial window has expired
• Monthly hosting and maintenance fees already billed and rendered
• Custom add-on work (integrations, automation, fine-tuning, etc.) once delivered
• Third-party costs you incur directly (such as OpenRouter AI usage credits)
• License buyout / self-hosting migration fees (see Terms of Service)

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We always prefer to resolve issues directly. If you have a concern about your service or a charge, please contact us first at info@frenzy.bot before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks for services rendered beyond the 7-day refund window may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated services. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts plus any applicable fees.

8. Service Cancellation

Cancellation logic depends on when you cancel:

If you cancel your monthly plan, your AI expert and all associated services will be suspended at the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate at any time by resuming payment. See our Terms of Service for full details on licensing, suspension, and reactivation.
